Loved the location! It was so convenient to have major shopping centers and plenty of food options within a short walk. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially the man who assisted us with our parking enquiries. The one bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the entire room felt brand new. Having a washing machine and clothes dryer was a bonus too!
There were a few things that could have been improved. The pillows provided were quite firm, and it would have been nice to have a softer option available.

The check-in staff was excellent - warm, cute, and informative. Clean and modern room with easy parking. Excellent food and shopping options nearby. Great view and friendly reception staff.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with a train station just a short 5-10 minute walk away. I loved how close it was to the shops, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. Everything I needed was within easy reach, from transportation to various attractions in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as there are multiple cafes within walking distance. It is also situated close to the center of Chatswood and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. it is near two major shopping centers, providing plenty of shopping options for guests.

I had a really comfortable stay at a well-maintained hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the quietness of the room, as I was able to get a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient for my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel was fantastic! We had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable place. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We were able to explore the nearby shopping strip and indulge in the endless dining options. The hotel was situated in a built-up commercial area, which was great for convenience. The staff on shift provided great customer service and were very flexible, allowing us a complimentary 2-hour late check-out. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we could possibly need, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered free toiletries and a washing machine and dryer. The dining table and sitting area were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our stay. this place exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price.

Convenient location near shopping center and in a quiet area. Rooms have balconies and can be combined. Friendly staff provided excellent customer service. Good value for money with lovely decor. Safe and secure access to rooms. Would definitely return.
